Baro's control valve personnel have been formally trained to repair all types and sizes of Fisher Control Valves. Local inventories, quick response personnel, machining and welding capabilities makes us a perfect selection for all your control valve repair needs.

Our control valve shops are equipped with custom designed Assernbly Test Stands. As a standard, we perform hydrostatic, seat leakage, calibration and functional testing. Other special performance test can be provided upon request- Such tests include stroke speed, step response, hysteresis, dead-band, repeatability, sensitivity, positioner performance and UP performance. Special Cleaning capabilities include, Oxygen, Chlorine and Grease free cleaning. Our final inspection checklist ensures you receive your valve back per your specifications, ready to install for operation.

Actuator Maintenance

The installed base of Rotork's actuator products in the U.S.A. stretches back almost 40 years. A large portion of these actuators are still in service. However, depending on the environment and application some actuators may be in need of refurbishment.

We are finding that the demand for refurbishing older products or even newer products that are in harsh environments, is increasing. This is not surprising as there are many thousands of Rotork actuators reliably doing their job in the work place. To satisfy this demand, we are offering the following plan to bring Rotork products back to full functionality and reliability
